Do we need to remove furniture before cleaning?
Ideally, if you can remove the furniture you can safely lift would be a big help. We can assist with larger items that might need a few people to relocate safely.
How long does cleaning take?
A lot of this depends on the size of the room. For example, cleaning the lounge room carpet will take longer than cleaning the bedroom carpet. Time also depends on the specific stain or level of dirt.
Are there any odours or chemicals?
We use a non-toxic and environmentally friendly cleaning solution that has a mild cleaning odour while being used. To combat this, our finishing solution will deodorise and refresh your carpets, leaving them smelling fresh and looking new.
How long before we can use the room again?
Our method of carpet cleaning results in a quicker drying time than most, and we recommend not walking on your newly cleaned carpet for 3 hours.
